Keep Fit with Paula - fitness classes update

Norbury church has cancelled room hire with immediate effect until further notice.
Classes are on tonight with Lisa and tomorrow with me at the Torkington Centre unless things change. I will make sure there is a safe distance between each other and when you arrive/leave please wash your hands and bring your own mats. No equipment will be used.
I am in the process of taking my fitness classes online through a private Facebook group and if you are interested I will let you know. For those who are not on Facebook, you can join Facebook by setting up a profile but you do not have to use it for any other purpose than to be in my group (get a friend to set up or I can help). I can send you a link to my private group and you will be able to access the workouts etc. You can message me via FB, email or text if you are interested in this. I would love to see as many of you as possible in the group.
I will be teaching a variety of classes, upto now Pilates, HIIT, Total Body Workout and Legs, Bums and Tums. I am looking into Zumba as well. These will be live in the group, but if you cannot make live the workouts will be stored in the group for you to access. I will follow with an online timetable over the next couple of days. I am also going to post shorter workouts in the group 15/20 mins as extras for you, plus recipes, tips, motivation and mindset. More details to follow.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you so much for being fabulous clients. I love teaching all the different classes and for me personally exercising makes me feel so much better mentally and physically.
