Below is the Keep Fit with Paula timetable and your updates for Keep Fit with Paula and Kick Start Stockport.
As from the 27th March the Yoga pass which is currently £70 will be increased to £75. The pass gives you 10 classes plus 1 free.
Starting Wednesday 11 March, 7 - 8 pm, £7.00 monthly meditation classes with Aileen. If you would like to attend let either Aileen or myself know. You will need to wear warm clothes, bring a mat, blanket and pillow.

Health and Fitness Weekend 9 - 11 October 2020. Includes fitness classes, walks, free time and evening entertainment. 20 places available. Total price for the weekend per person is £228 single room, £224 twin/double room. £60 deposit required.
Personal Fitness Coaching - I run 1:1 or small group fitness sessions. This can be done in your home, local venue or park (weather pending). I can help you by working out a plan, weigh & measure with before and after photos. I will also give
you a nutritional plan with meal planners and you will have personal coaching fitness session for one hour using weights/bands and we will set weekly and long term goals. You will find more information by clicking on the link below.
Kick Start - Kick Start is a programme helping people to lose weight, improve their
health and wellness. Kick Start is not a diet it’s a lifestyle change. I run a club with or without exercise, online programmes, 7, 14, 21 or 28 days or 1:1 coaching for clients who want a bespoke personalised service.
Kick Start is a lifestyle change. As well as helping you lose weight I help you have a better understanding about you. We look at other factors including sleep, stress, hormones, mind-set, goal setting, nutrition, health and more. I support you on your journey through a private F/B group.
