How are you? I hope you are all safe and well.
So what did you make of the announcement on Tuesday and the further relaxing of the rules?
I would love to hear your feelings and thoughts? I have noticed people are looking forward to the pubs and restaurants etc opening but I know some will be feeling anxious (including me). It is definitely a personal choice and we have been on the same journey but not all in the same boat.
I am hoping to go out soon but it won't be straight away so my friends and I have organised on the 4th July a garden party, fingers crossed re the weather.
Unfortunately, I am still not able to teach my classes yet so I will stay online. I am also looking to teach in my garden. If you would like to join a class with me, let me know. I have 5 spaces and putting together a timetable.
The skincare event went really well and we received great feedback. Angela give a fantastic talk on skincare and I am watching the event again as there was so much to take in. The HIIT interval training was good and gave me ideas for some of my fitness classes.

Here are some tips regarding weight loss.
Plan your food this is the best way to get results. If you don’t plan ahead that’s when you may get stuck and choose the wrong foods as you are not organised.
Do a 10 minute workout as soon as you can preferably in the morning at home. So whatever the day throws at you, you know you have done your exercise
Make your HEALTH a priority. We often neglect ourselves particularly as we lead such busy lives. if you are feeling sad, unhappy, your energy is low then it's really hard to live a productive life and hit all of your goals so getting your nutrition on track even if it's 70/30 or 60/40 you are doing well.
Make it a team effort. Get your partner, spouse and family members to understand how important this is to you and you need support from all your nearest and dearest.
It's not ALL OR NOTHING... that mind set is quite destructive. Understand it's a spectrum, some foods and habits take you closer to your goals and some further away.
Quick Tips
Take your water with you and drink your 2 – 3 litres.
Shoot for 3 good nutrient dense meals today. Eat slowly, savour your food and enjoy the journey as you get your health on track.
Remember those daily little steps towards your body goals, nutrition goals, health goals are like a gravitational pull, they gain momentum and soon a few days have passed and you are feeling better, leaner, stronger and happier.
Small changes are better than no changes at all.
Go on you can do it.
