Good afternoon,
I hope you are all well. Classes will be going ahead as normal this evening until I hear the latest updates from Boris Johnson.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended my classes last week as it was our first time back in 6 and a half months. It was lovely to see everyone and the feedback/comments from my clients were they felt safe with the procedures in
place. The cones on the floor giving everyone either 2 or 3 metres (Zumba) spacing made them feel better. It was good to be back. The classes were good fun and it was good to feel normal again.
My highlight was the Thursday morning class when the lights went out whilst teaching and everyone just carried on as normal and a comment made was they've got Covid. I was teaching online as well so my clients who weren't actually there
could see what was going on. It did make us laugh and we now know the emergency lights work.
Aileen's Yoga class is going well and is busy so thank you to everyone who has returned.
Thursday Yoga with Aileen has been moved to a Wednesday and will start on the 4/11, 6.30 pm at Norbury Church.
Please note:
Masks must be worn entering and leaving the building and using the toilet.
Make sure you have booked onto class as you cannot just turn up.
When you enter the main room you will notice social distance markers on the floor. These will be placed at 2 metres distance for all classes apart from Zumba which will be 3 metres.
Use the hand sanitiser station on entry and exit.
Keep your belongings to a minimum ie phone, keys, water.

Please make sure you have set up your standing order payments.
You will need to complete a PARQ if you haven't already done so.
You will need to bring your own mat/equipment apart from Zumba.
Take care Paula xx
