Please find below Terms and Conditions for Keep Fit with Paula.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
∙ Keep Fit with Paula’s timetable is subject to change.
∙ If a class is consistently low in numbers, it will be removed from the timetable. A week’s notice will be given.
∙ Classes will not take place with fewer than 3 people and 24 hours’ notice will be given.
BRONZE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP £26 A MONTH
∙ You are paying for 4 classes a month but some months you will have 5.
∙ Any class can be attended on the timetable. It does not have to be the same class every week providing a space is available.
∙ In the event you miss a class i.e. holiday, sickness etc you can take a class either side of the missed class, as long, as there is a space.
∙ If classes are not running i.e. instructor holidays you can do a class recording in my VIP Online Studio via my private group in Facebook or I can send you a recording.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP £36 A MONTH
∙ Unlimited access to all classes face to face and in my VIP Online Studio.
∙ Online classes are via a private Facebook group and will be live as per the Keep Fit with Paula timetable.
∙ The classes are recorded so you can enjoy a workout at a time that suits you.
∙ There are pre-recorded workouts to choose from as well, including 10, 15 and 20 minute workouts.
PAY AS YOU GO £8
∙ You can attend any class on the timetable. Payment will be by bank transfer as cash is not accepted.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT
∙ Memberships are based on a 48 week year. Closure will be one week for Xmas Thursday 24th December 2020 – Monday 4th January 2021. The remaining 3 weeks will be taken during
the year and 2 weeks notice will be given. Occasionally classes may not run due to sickness.
∙ Memberships will be paid via standing order through your bank and need to be set up via yourself.
∙ Please notify me when you have set up your standing order.
∙ Membership to start on the first day you attend class.
∙ If you decide to cancel the membership you will need to give a month’s notice in writing.
FREEZING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
∙ If you cannot attend class(es) due to Covid19 or anything else please let me know IMMEDIATELY and I will discuss with you your options.
∙ Your membership can be frozen in the event of serious temporary illness, injury, or medical condition upon appropriate proof from a doctor or other suitably qualified medical
practitioner.
BOOKING SYSTEM - GYMCATCH
∙ All class bookings are done via Gymcatch and is essential due to reduced numbers and social distancing.
∙ You will not be allowed to participate in a class if you have not booked and paid for membership prior to attendance.
∙ If you book a class and cannot attend, please cancel through Gymcatch so someone can have the space.
∙ If you cancel 24 hours before a class you can carry your session forward, after this time you will lose a session.
10 CLASS CARD PASS
∙ For those who have purchased a 10-class card pass before lockdown they are valid until 23/12/2020.
∙ When completed and you wish to continue membership will be required.
∙ Please bring your card pass with you to class and a pen so you can mark your card in the presence of the instructor.
∙ You will not be able to participate in the class without the card.
∙ All class bookings are done via Gymcatch and is essential due to reduced numbers and social distancing.
∙ You will not be allowed to participate in the class if you have not booked prior to attendance.
∙ If you book a class and cannot attend, please cancel through the booking system so someone can have the space.
∙ You need to cancel the class 24 hours before or you will lose a session on your card, unless in extreme circumstances.
COURSES/EVENTS/WORKSHOPS
∙ Once booked the course is not refundable.
PARQ
∙ All class participants need to complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
∙ You cannot participate in a class until this has been completed.
∙ These are stored at my home and only I have access to them.
∙ All personal information I collect will be used solely by me and you reserve the right to request a copy of all data I hold about you at any time.
COMMUNICATION
∙ An email address is required as all communication is done via this method.
∙ If an instructor needs to cancel a class due to illness, bad weather particularly if it is not safe to travel, or the car parks are not safe an email will be sent.
∙ You will also receive notification from Gymcatch to say the class is cancelled.
NEWSLETTER
∙A newsletter is sent via email twice a week.
∙Your email address will be entered onto my mailing system and you will receive a link to subscribe and there is one available to unsubscribe at any time.
∙No email addresses are passed on to third party companies.
EQUIPMENT
You will need to bring your own mat and if you want to purchase your own equipment below is what you need for classes as no equipment is available for the time being. The equipment is optional.
∙ Pilates - bender ball, resistance band (long), block and a mini loop band.
∙ Yoga - if you have your own block and/ or yoga strap, bring with you
∙ All other classes - resistance band (long), mini loop band, hand weights.
∙ If you borrow equipment it must be returned in a satisfactory condition. A deposit of £10 is required and will be refunded when the equipment is returned. If the equipment is lost or damaged no refund will be given.
