Have you started eating lots of yummy Christmas food and drink, I don't blame you, it has been a tough year. I always say everything in moderation. I admit I have been eating more chocolate than I normally do.
Below are some tips to help you to focus if you do not want to put on weight.
1. Fasting is a great tool to help reduce your calorie intake without even counting your calories.....trying to go 16 hours with no food just LOADS of water. I normally fast 1 to 2 times a week and love it. I feel so much better from it.
2. Eat something small and protein rich before heading out drinking (if you are able to where you are!).
3. Drink LOTS of water - 2 litres a day is a great aim.
4. Dark chocolate is a great alternative and lower in sugar than milk chocolate...higher the cocoa percentage the better. This is my treat if I get a chocolate urge.
5. Get out and be active every day...at home workouts, walks in the park.....just do SOMETHING..there will be access to my online classes all over Christmas for my participants.
