Welcome to the start of a new month. I hope you are all okay and had a good weekend. It was a cold/windy weekend but I managed two walks. On Sunday I persuaded the boys to come with me for a walk around Poynton Pool. It was lovely to catch up with
them, yes I know that sounds daft but I hardly see them at home, only at meal times. LOL. They both enjoyed it and said they would do it again. RESULT.
I am still here for you online and I know it is keeping my clients motivated. I enjoy interacting with my clients on a daily basis. My fitness has improved immensely since going online and clients have commented that they are working out more.
I am in a fitness instructors forum and there are other instructors who teach different classes to me and we have swapped recordings which is great as I can add variety to my online classes. I did a poll in my VIP online group asking what other sessions my clients would like and the most popular was Yoga then dance, so on Wednesday there will be a recorded 30 minute Yoga practice session and on Sunday a 20 minute meditation session to
relieve stress on top of the 8 classes already on the timetable. If you would like a taster of my online group you are welcome to try any class for free.
