Almost the start of a new week. I hope you have had a good weekend.
Thank you to everyone who have already booked onto classes via Gymcatch when we return on the 7th June.
From Friday 28th May I am on holiday for a week, so I need an idea of numbers in each class. If you are returning to classes, can you please book before Wednesday 28th May. Some of the classes only have a few people booked onto them and unfortunately if this is the case, I will not be able to run them as it doesn’t cover my room hire so I will need to cancel with the hirer before Friday 28th or I will be charged for the rooms.
The classes that are low in numbers are as follows:-
Monday BLT/Body Blitz 6.55 pm
Wednesday Pilates 6.30 pm
Thursday Total Body Challenge 9.30 am
Zumba and Yoga will go ahead.
Booking System - Gymcatch
∙ All class bookings are done via Gymcatch and is essential due to reduced numbers and social distancing. ∙ You will not be allowed to participate in a class if you have not booked and paid for membership/PAYG prior to attendance.
∙ If you book a class and cannot attend, please cancel through Gymcatch so someone can have the space.
∙ If you cancel 24 hours before a class you can carry your session forward, after this time you will lose a session.

From your laptop, Ipad or phone go to BOOK, it will then ask you for a Fitness Provider, type in Keep Fit with Paula and follow the instructions to schedule the class, make sure you click on the FOLLOW button to access the bookings.
Please do not panic regarding using the new booking method. If you are unsure, I am available to help/guide you through the process. I can chat to you over the phone, arrange to meet up (social distance) or if you attend with a friend and they are proficient using technology they can book you onto the class(es) or a family member could do it for you.
