Thank you for my birthday wishes. I taught 2 classes yesterday morning and then my fitness crew and I went to Telve for afternoon tea which was lovely and the ladies bought me a lovely bunch of flowers.
HELLO OCTOBER…..
I love the start of a new month; the start of the month is a great time to set new goals and start a blank page in the diary!
I hope you have had a good summer. Are you perhaps thinking it’s time to focus on your health and wellbeing?
What do you want to achieve this month? Is working on your health and wellness high on your priority list? Have you thought about how you want to finish 2021?
I would recommend setting maybe 3 small goals .....writing them down and looking at them on a daily basis......some examples are cut down on alcohol, find something you enjoy doing to keep you fit ie walking, increase your water intake, avoid snacking, more ME time, the list is endless.
I would love you to message me back and tell me how you are feeling about October and what you would like to achieve........mine are avoid snacking, time out for me ie a walk and meal planning.
