Weekly update for Keep Fit with Paula w/c 25 September

Good morning,

Hope you have had a lovely weekend. What a weekend it has been for me.  I have ran my annual Health and Fitness weekend with Karen Wellington who is my business colleague and friend and she runs classes based in Poynton.  I met Karen in 2012 at the first Kick Start conference and we have been friends since.
The weekend was great fun the guests arrived on Friday and we ran two classes between us starting at 3.30 pm. The evening included a three course meal (food is lovely) and then you can do what you like but my ladies sat together in the bar and there was a singer. I love this bit as I can actually spend time with my clients as I don't do that in classes.  

Saturday started with a walk with myself and Karen taught yoga/stretch, followed by breakfast and we ran 3 classes. The ladies then had a few hours for sightseeing, chilling etc and we ran another 2 classes. Karen and I taught a dance/aerobics class between us and we were not sure how this would be received but they loved it and had such a giggle. The evening was the same as Friday with another singer.

Sunday morning we went for a walk I was meant to teach but everyone wanted to get out in the fresh air and the weather has been great. We ran 3 more classes and finished around 1.30 pm but the ladies suggested lunch so we stayed at the hotel and finally left around 3 pm. 

I am still buzzing from the weekend and we have even booked for next year as the ladies asked us to so our next weekend away is 12th October 2018. You don't have to attend mine or Karen's classes the weekend is open to anyone. Spaces are limited 20 in total and half of those have gone already.  If you would like to attend message me.

Now back to what's happening during the week.

BRAND NEW 9 October Lift Lean 28 day online programme. Rather than focusing on the nutrition as we normally do at Kick Start this is totally different we are concentrating on exercising. We will be doing back to basics exercise using a kettlebell, barbell and handweights to improve fitness levels.£47. More details on my website.

Starting in October one to one Kick Start coaching programme.  I am offering a specialised Online 1:1 Nutrition and Wellness Coaching Service for clients who want a bespoke personalised service. I can coach you online & provide you with everything you need. This is done over the phone and email.

Open Evening Wednesday 24 January 2017 talk with Rachel Homes creator of Kick Start Fat Loss including Lift Lean exercise class. More information to follow.

4th October - 8th November Norbury Church are running a course so Zumba will be moving to 6.30 - 7.15 pm and Pilates will move to 7.15 - 8.00 pm. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. This is for 6 weeks only.
